Titanium Polishing and Buffing

Our experience with titanium polishing and buffing goes back before the development stages of the actual polishing and the polishing media. 

When the abrasive belt manufacturers needed someone to test their products on titanium, they came to us for our knowledge of polishing titanium.  

When the golf club manufacturers needed initial prototypes polished and finishes developed, they came to us. 

When the medical industry needs a 0 RA finish on their titanium parts used in labs and operating rooms, they come to us do the polishing and buffing.   

We also closely monitor the part temperature to keep this below 180 deg F. during the polishing operation.
