Williams Metalfinishing offers a comprehensive range of metal finishing and polishing services specializing in large and complex projects.

Facility
Our 70,000 sq. ft. facility is conveniently located on Commerce Street in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, with plenty of room for expansion and warehousing customer inventory.

Finishing Equipment
• 12 robotic polishing cells
• 12 automatic buffing lines
• 24 hand polishing and buffing stations
• Sheet finishing cell-fully automated #8 mirror or #4 brush finish
• Multi head wide belt conveyor sanders
• Semi automatic buffing and belt polishing machines of various types
• Centerless grinders
• Vapor degreaser-automatic and fully programmable for specific cleaning

Vapor Degreasing is accomplished through an automatic trichloroethylene process. Williams Metalfinishing is in compliance with all applicable environmental reporting and regulations.

Engineering Capabilities
Williams Metalfinishing’s in-house design and engineering staff develops custom tooling, fixtures and racking systems to provide its customers with the most efficient and cost-effective processes. Williams Metalfinishing is not dependent upon external resources for this important part of the manufacturing process. In-house capabilities assure job control and on-time/on-budget performance.
